‍2. Bookings and Payments By making a booking with Outdoor Tara, you enter into a binding agreement subject to these Terms. A booking is confirmed only after we verbally or in writing confirm availability and details of your tour.Payment is made exclusively in cash, in euros (EUR) or Bosnian convertible marks (BAM), on site before the start of the activity, unless otherwise agreed in advance.Prices are quoted in EUR for information and may be converted to BAM according to the applicable exchange rate on the day of payment.

‍3. Cancellations and ChangesOutdoor Tara does not operate a standard refund-based cancellation policy for guests, because payment is taken in cash on site. If you don't show up, you don't pay, but we also have no obligation to hold capacity if you fail to appear at the agreed time.Outdoor Tara reserves the right to cancel or change activity dates exclusively in the following cases:Adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, flooding, strong winds, thunderstorms)Safety reasons at guide's discretion (high water levels, rockfalls, poor visibility, etc.)Force majeure (natural disasters, road closures, war, civil unrest, government decisions, pandemics, etc.)In these cases, Outdoor Tara will:Offer a new date whenever possible, orIf any deposit has already been received, return it or transfer it to another date by mutual agreement.

‍4. Participant ResponsibilitiesBy attending the activity, you confirm you participate at your own risk.You are required to follow all guide instructions before and during the activity.You are required to inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or treatments that may affect your safety.Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited before and during activities. Guides have the right to deny participation to anyone they deem under the influence of alcohol or substances.

‍5. Safety and LiabilityAll our activities (canyoning, rafting, hiking, canoeing) involve a certain level of risk. By participating, you acknowledge that these risks cannot be completely eliminated even with maximum safety measures.Outdoor Tara:Provides all necessary safety equipment (helmets, life jackets, harnesses, wetsuits, etc.)Provides licensed guides trained in first aid and rescue proceduresWill not be liable for injuries, damage, or loss resulting from:Ignoring guide instructionsIntentional or grossly negligent participant behaviorUndisclosed medical conditionsEvents constituting force majeureWe recommend that each participant has personal travel/accident insurance covering mountaineering and adrenaline activities.

‍6. Equipment and Personal PropertyAll technical and safety equipment used during activities is the property of Outdoor Tara. Participants are expected to treat equipment with care. We may seek compensation for deliberate damage or loss of equipment.Outdoor Tara is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items (phones, cameras, money, documents, etc.) during activities.

‍7. Photography and MediaDuring activities, we may take photographs and video recordings for marketing and promotional purposes (website, social media, brochures).If you do not want your image used, you must explicitly inform us before the activity begins.

‍8. Force MajeureOutdoor Tara shall not be liable for failure to perform services if directly caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to: extreme weather, fires, floods, earthquakes, war, government measures, road blockages, epidemics/pandemics.

‍9. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina according to the provider's registered location.
